Try taking 2 or 3 capsules a day (540mg capsules) I use Solaray brand. It's also known as Una De Gato. The Cats Claw herb gets its name from the fact the leaves look like a cats claw.
After you have taken it for awhile and your fingers are better you can cut down to one a day. It also helps carpel tunnel since it is a natural anti-inflammatory. Let me know if it helps.
