Yours are always an hour off (in the future)... it is because your PC is not configured correctly...

I am not sure what is going on. Maybe you are in the same time zone as eskimo, the pacific time zone?
No - timezones only matter if the computer (client or server) is not set to the correct one (and the zone files are not up to date)...
