How are you giving it to your horses and dogs and at what dosage? I'm
interested for my horses, dogs, cats etc. One of the horses has sweet itch
so I'm wondering if it'll help.

Deborah- I don't have experience with birds with cs but on all our other
animals on the farm it has been wonderful. I give it internal to our horses
and dogs. We have three of our weanling horses on it because they were
getting the snots. It's working better than Bactrim and they aren't getting
the stomach ulcers from chemical antibiotics.

If the bird was stressed and pulled it's own feathers out if it's an
internal problem causing it cs might help in it's water and would help heal
any external wounds. If it's stressed from diet imbalance you will have to
address that also. No real experience here with birds but do hope you find
some answers that help.

Deborah- If you are using silver externally I see no problem. I'm just
not knowledgeable about using it internally. I used it terrible wounds
on a duck twice a day and then put a natural salve on the wounds and
covered with a bandage and had no trouble with infection, and the skin
and even the feathers regrew.
