drink plenty of CS for a year steadily, wash your feet and dry them well
daily, for any sox turn inside-out & spray them and your feet with CS, coat
all around the periphery of all affected nails especially the open edge with
iodine or tea-tree oil.

you should see clean nice nail growing in from the base steadily until all
is clear.  don't lighten up on them until it's over.  i did, and backslid,
but am catching up again... almost all grown out now, probably a few months
to go til the last discolored parts get trimmed away.

i like diabetic sox for comfort.  i see no reason to invest in silver thread
as long as i have a spray bottle.
