Since we are talking nature products, has anyone figured out the best Vit C to take. Someone recently mentioned buffered C but haven't seen it advertised. I used to order the asorbic acid from beyond a century but they say it is artificial and not the best to take.

Appreciate any opinions on this as I need to get some.
