    That may be a better idea than you realize.

Why not.......... add a metal plate to the main air handler.

Build a circuit to vibrate the plate at the proper frequency

Drip CS on the plate, precision and controlled drip.

And the system would work 24 hours per day till the cows come home.

You would need a decent monitoring system to call you at home, roll you out of bed, can crank your car when something went wrong.

Nothing to all of it.

Estimated cost ?   Just right for  a Government Grant.
