Smitty, According to the directions from the MMS people, mix one part citric acid powder (e.g. 1tbls) with 9 parts distilled water (e.g. 9 tbls). Then for every drop of MMS, add 5 drops of your citric acid solution. Then let this combination sit for 3 minutes to "activate". Then add some water to it and drink it down. If it tastes too horrible for you, then instead of adding water, and some juice that does NOT contain any Vitamin C.
