Excellent, except for their ignorant recommendations to filter and pasteurize the vinegar. It is these processes which remove the natural enzymes that interact with the acids in the vinegar to make it extremely beneficial, as opposed to the pasteurized or distilled, filtered version which is indeed extremely harmful. I will also admit that at least one (I am sure there are others) natural health advocate who I respect highly (Dr Norman Walker, inventor of the Norwalk juicer) also claims that apple cider vinegar is bad. The one thing that makes me certain that he and the others are simply mistaken is the fact that NONE of these guys EVER differentiates between raw, unflitered, and pasteurized/distilled, filtered. If they meant to say that EVEN raw unfiltered is bad, THEY WOULD HAVE MADE THAT VERY CLEAR. Saying that pasteurized/distilled and filtered vinegar is bad so raw, unfiltered vinegar must be bad too is the same thing as saying that because concentrated, canned, pasteurized frozen orange juice is bad, so fresh, raw orange juice must be too. It is 'apples and oranges', if you will pardon my pun. -- Charles Marcus -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
