I work on computers and the dust bothers my sinues so bad I use to go to the Dr. 4 to 5 times for antibotics and a steroid shot. I am takeing CS now and have doubled up on it in the last few days as I felt like I was comeing down with another infection.  The CS is keeping it abay and I feed my body is able to fight it as my total well being was much better off  having had CS in my system before I got this bug.
