Faith, you apparently have had cataract surgery. I am doing
everything I can to avoid that, so what are the other downsides of the surgery?

However, my eye Doctor suggested vitamins for eye nutrition called
"Ocuvite" by Bausch and Lomb. I buy them in the pharmacy. I try to
get them on sale. They are an antioxidant vitamin and mineral
supplement and I have been taking them for a couple of years.
They contain Vita A, Vit C, Vit E, Zinc Selenium,, Copper and
Lutein. I now see that they also contain a lot of other stuff which
I am not so sure about. I take a lot of vitamins so I get plenty of
supplemental nutrition.
