I have a friend Jack, and a couple of years ago we got
into a discussion over the phone on health.
I asked him if he took vitamins. He said, "Oh no,
we eat well." Then about a year later he called
and just got out of the hospital from a multi bypass op.
(I thought to myself. . . .so much for *good food* !)
He went on to say that NOW he's taking some supplements.

That got me to wondering. Is it semantics, or is there
a difference between vitamins & supplements ?
If so, what makes the difference ?
