I could make one and sell it to you but it'd be like stealing from you. And shipping would be a bit high if you're not in the U tates.

  1. Go buy a 6 volt lantern battery.
  2. buy 2 alligator clips (not necessary but they make their end of
     the wire easier to handle.)
  3. Get some insulated copper wire (an old extension cord will do. I
cut off the cords on dead hairdryers, curling irons, etc and use
     that cord. split.)
  4. Strip the insulation off all 4 ends of the cord about 2 inches down.
  5. Each cord should be at least 3 feet long for decent mobility. Mine
are closer to 5 feet long.
  6. On one cord (the other will be identical) attach one of the
aligator clips. Wrap it around and tape it with electrical tape.
  7. At the other end, wrap a piece of cotton fabric maybe an inch and
a half long and quarter of an inch thick. This is the end you'll
put on your skin and the bare copper wire can make a burn. That's
why you wrap the cotton. You can use gauze bandaging with a touch
of glue or a tiny rubber band (kind used for little braids) to
     hold the cotton on.
  8. Take your wires to the sink and wet the cotton--helps with
     conductivity I think
  9. Clip one aligator clip to one pole on the battery and the other
     clip to the other pole.
 10. Place one covered end on the outside of jaw or even mouth where
painful tooth is place the other end on the inside of the jaw.You
should taste a little metal but not much else will happen.
 11. As someone else instructed, make sure you move those cloth-covered
ends because the electrity flows through from one to the other and
that path is the only place it kills infection. And switch inside
to outside or switch the aligator clips so that you're switching
     polarity fairly often.

All that being said, I'd start brushing with oregano oil. Took away my last toothache. Kept my friend from having a tooth pulled. After about 30 seconds it numbs but it continues working on infection. Dilute the oregano oil with olive or coconut oil by at least 50% (unless you bought the expensive brand name that's already diluted). If it's a top tooth I'd put a few drops on my toothbrush and saturate the area around the tooth. Bottom teeth are easier to find ways to put it on from droppers to toothpicks and q-tips to a toothbrush. Don't quit just because there's no pain. Notice how little stuff there is to brush after using a couple drops of oregano oil a day in the mouth. Clove oil will work too, same instructions. It kills somewhat different pathogens than oregano oil but will work much the same way.
