Yes I have Ernie, but I didn't get all that far in the book; just realized that it would be a good thing to have in the arsenal, so to speak. It does say in the instructions that I got from a so very helpful seller that I got it from on ebay, to start slow and work up. For dire cases it says no more than fifteen drops (eventually) but that is extreme cases. It didn't say what would be a maintenance dose though. Thank you very much for the info. Dee
