You are confusing MMS with Chlorine Dioxide.
They are not the same thing, never have been. First, you are not likely
to breathe MSS.
The FDA has approved Chlorine Dioxide for purifying water, for washing
meat, Bleaching Flour, and on and on. This dates back to 1944.
It has been used for curing disease in cattle ( MMS or Similar ) for many
years, dating back
into the 40's and 50's.
It is so dangerous, it cannot be shipped. It has no shipping
classification.
Chlorine Dioxide has to be made, ........ At the location where it is used.
As Mike pointed out, you can kill yourself with Water, Sand, or Snow, if
you try hard enough.
Likely we have all ingested thousands of toxic substances during our life.
Years back someone wrote a book or article about the 5000 poisons on the
grocery store shelf.
That's hardly a swimming pool. Anyhow, sorry about saying "scary sounding
things". I'll try to be more careful in the future.

You are talking about a few ppm of Chlorine dioxide. Not enough to do any
damage, just enough to
do a few good things.
As little as 4 drops can improve some abnormal body functions.
Of course 400 drops will likely send you to the hospital, or maybe the
morgue.
And I do not claim to know all the facts, just a few.
Finally, research the genius Chemist from NASA that helped Jim Humble put the
Icing on the Cake. Smart People know when to seek help from other people.
