Don't know if anyone is referring to HVAC ARC with Air or Co2 here as I
have an article from the bloke you mention saying this method produces ionic
content of 95% or better. The Air 'arc' gives a reddish colour and the Co2
'arc' gives a blue colour. Got it from 'silvermedicine' site, I think, a
while ago.
If not, then sorry for the intrusion, just ignore this.

Whats the test for determining that HVAC colloidal silver contains silver
ions?
Looking at the reports on silver-colloids.com it appears that the
products that are classified as 'colloidal' have quite low ionic silver
levels. I assume these are the products most likely to be high voltage
but I could be wrong.

No, HVAC process makes both ionic and colloidal silver. LVDC the ratio
is I believe about 90% ionic and 10% colloidal. HVAC tends to produce
somewhat higher amount of particle, around 85% ionic and 15% particle.
the particle tend to be slightly larger also in my experience, but are
well within the range to give good results.
