Hi Lorraine, I read your post to the silver list and there is help for psoriasis using dietary changes and supplements. There is an audio tape called "Skin Health and Diseases" by Diane Petoskey, a naturopathic doctor-nutritionist. The tape explains what psoriasis is, and gives a step, by step approach on how to treat it. Diane Petsokey is very thorough I think. You can get her tape from an organization called The Frontrunners www.thefrontrunners.com or 800 237 5199. I also have some written stories of people with psoriasis that have been helped.
