Hi There Faith - oxygen therapy is simply adding five drops of hydrogen peroxide - 3% food grade - I get mine from Hulda Clark - www.drclark.com - she calls it Peroxy - into your drinking water bottle of 1.5 liters/7cups - what it does is assists one to get more oxygen into the blood stream - if I am not spot on with this explanation would someone on the site adjust what I have said here - thanks I used it when I lived in New Mexico which as you are probably aware is high altitude, when I went to Peru I was the only one who did not suffer from altitude sickness - so it works more than one wonder!!!!!
