I don't know if you want info re Canada? I do not have personal
direct experience, but have a good friend in Canada with many of the
same health issues I have. The care she receives vs her cost is amazing.
When I tell her how I have to fight for the care she gets, and what I
have to pay for insurance, she is just flabbergasted. I do know some
Canadians are less happy about their system, but my friend gets good
care, quickly. 4 week wait for a specialist, vs the 6 months I had to
wait in the western U.S. Basically, she is getting treated, I'm not.
Though I'm the one paying the huge insurance premiums. This doesn't seem
right, now does it?
