Hi Steve ,  Do you know what the difference between Nattokinase
and Serrapeptase is ? I have been using the Natto and it is helping with
elevated b-p numbers pretty good so far Ted

The product says to take 1 to 3 capsules a day and I take only 1. Frankly, I am
being cautious which is a little unusual for me. But an enzyme that can disolve
arterial plaque, dead tissue such as scarring and cysts seems awful powerful to
me.
I also have some Nattokinase enzyme as well that I have not even tried. But I
have it available and have given my wife instructions that if I ever have a
heart attack or stroke that she is to give me a dose of Nattokinase and
Serrapeptase before she even calls for an ambulance.
They are powerful enough that I treat them both with caution.
