My arthritis has flared up again.  I took CMO successfully 8 years ago and 
would like to do so again.  Unfortunately I cannot remember the brand I used, 
or the best form in which to take it.  After some research I found that some 
manufacturers use a vegetable form, others use a form derived from cattle (but 
do not tell where the cattle come from).  Much of the CMO sold  is in a 
propriety blend that includes CMO, but often does not specify how much CMO is 
in the product.  Does that matter?  If, for example, the product (I am looking 
at a Vitamin Shoppe product) specifies Cetyl Myristoleate Proprietary Blend 
1100 Mg - would that be an adequate dose of pure CMO? Any help with this 
problem would be very much appreciated.
