A week or so ago a nephew (stateside in the service) was bitten by a spider (we think). It got sore and came to a boil-like white head. He of course, popped it. Left a crater in his arm which increasingly ached. So much so that he finally saw the doc. Said he had MRSA from a spider bite and they cut a chunk out of his arm. They ordered him to do exactly as instructed, chastizing him for waiting so long, attempting to instill fear of loosing his arm.

He knows he's been shot full of experimental drugs with all the things they've given him/them since he entered, but he's not exactly into naturopathy. He did agree to let me email him some suggestions of things he could do in addition to the doctor's orders, which could help him preserve his arm. Please keep in mind he's in the service; has no money and no transportation off base. I can send him some oregano oil--since I use it for everything I'm sure it would help here. Think maybe it'd work best ingested rather than topically applied? Maybe diluted with some DMSO? Not sure he has refrigeration available but I suppose some ozonated olive oil would be worth a try. Great stuff but the ozone goes away if you can't keep it cold as I understand it.

I keep thinking that if he were home we'd put multiple clay and/or cabbage poultices on it. But he's not at home.

Wayne fixed his spider bite but I doubt he had interference from medics and military superiors.

Thinking of Wayne, maybe just a bunch of Emergen-C packets to boost his immune system would be good?

Do let me know what you all think. Thanks. Saralou
