I would take them a few hours apart because CS will 'plate out' onto minerals I believe. Having said that, it will do this once it reaches the stomach acid anyway. I take minerals in the form of spirulina and IES is still efficacious so I don't see any problems. Our bodies and food etc., are all made of minerals anyway. Dee PS was this question asked before?
