[Dianne France] Nenah When you haven't been using cs regularly and go to the higher dose can you herx from the higher dose?
============================= Good point, Dianne. I certainly did, decades ago, when I was dealing with a systemic Candida albicans infection. I could barely take one teaspoonful of CS. Now I can drink glasses. It's so individual. However, if someone is seriously ill, I would think that you'd have to weigh the disadvantage of a herx response against the "disadvantage" of becoming so ill that you could die. Nenah
