Anthrax can definitely be and has been sprayed and hangs around in the
soil for decades in cooler climates.
There is an island [off the coast of England, I think] that is still
uninhabitable after experiments done during WW2.

To disinfect: Warm soapy water hatches the spores, then the soap kills
the bacterium.
I would expect that WARM wet climates would hatch the spoors in the soil
and those not finding a host would die pretty fast.
CS will kill the bacterium but not the spores...so...treatment must be
somewhat lengthy, after symptoms subside.
I see no reason that CS would do anything to kidney stones.
It would help with inflammation and infection from *having* stones.
Lots and lots of Vinegar, maybe.
