Magnesium citrate? Magnesium Oxide? Any particular type of mag? Gayla Bob and Gayla Roberts Always Enough Ranch Acampo, CA ----- Original Message ----- From: MaryAnn Helland To: silver-list@eskimo.com Sent: Sunday, June 07, 2009 6:36 AM Subject: CS>Kidney stones
Kidney stones can be dealt with by taking generous amounts of magnesium -- which softens the stones and allows them to pass easily and comfortably. This according to my chiropractor, when my 87-year-old Mom was dealing with them. The urologist wanted her to have the ultra-sound process that blasts the stones into smaller pieces. It was not necessary -- she took the magnesium. MA
