I have to add my 2 cents here in favor of the heat therapy- boy it
makes a huge diff for me. My detox bath preference is regular salt, as
it helps the osmotic potential of the water to draw them out and not
get re-absorbed so quicklly. If I had a sauna I would use that, but I
have even used a hot car in a pinch. Then it becomes of first
importance to get the sweat off the skin immediately since the water is
not rinsing it off.

As you kill them you can take more and more CS, until you have no
herx with any amount. Unfortunately, if you have an advanced stage of
Lyme, they can find hiding places where CS cannot get to them, such
as the brain, lymph, and cartledges. To get those require other
methods, such as ozonated water, blood electrification or zapping,
and magnetic pulsing.
