Hey Sam, I don't have a zapper so haven't done that, but swishing CS in my mouth for several minutes several times a day cured my periodontal disease, shrank the pockets, and kept me from having to have the surgery. That is all I did. The dentist doesn't understand how I went from one extreme to the other - and didn't really care to hear anything about CS! I don't do this nearly as often now, but if I remember to do this most days, I have very very little plaque build-up at my regular cleaning visits every six months - the hygenist is always amazed!
