I am careful when I sense information is thinly disguised advertising. There
is so much of it on the internet nowadays and lists like ours are especially
vulnerable. The product you mention is sold by the person who wrote the
manual using a pen name.  You will have to make a better case than that to
show that his generators produce "better" EIS than the homemade generators.
Those for sale on his website are similar to those found elsewhere and on
the high side.

The Silverpuppy is a better investment for anyone who wants an automated
system.  I still use an alternating current generator, an aquarium pump and
a kitchen timer and I am very happy with my EIS/CS.
