Where do you get these things and is Global Sweet a sweetener? I have an imbalance of bacteria and it gets better and then seems to change again. I take acidolphus but don't seem to be getting the proper bacteria, either that or I have too much fungus. This has been happening since I was poisoned over 3 years ago. I am healed of all other effects. Just recently was made aware that there might be a fungus problem.
