I have asthma and have had for many years. Also have taken CS orally for last 3 years. No colds, flu or flu shots, but asthma remains. Asthma can be caused by a number of things, in my case allergies. I got separate treatments for allergies -- new treatment is available that actually cures them. Check out this for details:

This stuff works! I have heard of asthma being improved by inhaling CS from a nebulizer. I have tried this myself, but not had a whole lot of success with it. Getting rid of allergies has helped most with that. Or getting rid of allergens, like cats, dogs, pollen, mold, etc., etc. Dick ________________________________ From: Gina Moore <vegasmom...@cox.net> To: silver-list@eskimo.com Sent: Tue, December 1, 2009 10:26:18 AM Subject: RE: CS>CS for asthma Do you nebulize the CS or just drink it? My daughter has asthma and I’ve been giving her about ½ cup to a cup of CS everyday for months and she’s still having attacks (made with Silver Puppy). She’s had 2 attacks since starting the CS, and 8 total in the last 14 months – 4 of which landed her in the hospital. I also give her Vitamins, but she’s been refusing them lately. Does it just take time for it to work? Thanks! I`m Marshalee, I`ve been on the list since 1996 or so. (Still pink as a piggy!) I used to have bad asthma, too, but since I started taking CS (and moving to the lovely, dry, flea-free desert of Utah ,) the asthma is gone, and I only have a slight hay fever come spring. I have an inhaler but haven`t needed it for a couple of years... Ought to toss it out, I suppose. No colds or flu for years, too. Thank God!! Also using a mist inhaler for inhaling CS? Thanks for answering, I'm very new to CS and have only been using it for a couple months. Thanks, Kathy
