For the last 5 - 6 (maybe longer) years of my Aunt's life, I controlled her asthma with CS daily - not much maybe 2 - 3 shots (ounces) over the course of the day. Morning, noon and just before retiring - 1 oz each time. She died when she was 94 9/10's... almost 95 - had asthma since she was 25. I controlled her atrial fibrillation with 200 mg of CoQ10. I used Dr. John Christopher's Hawthorn Berry Heart Syrup to control her congestive heart failure - it worked amazingly well - until she ended up in the hospital and I couldn't get it to her in time.... She took several other supplements daily, too. In the end, she had lung cancer, too, caused by 70 years of Prednisone use, I think - or one of the other druggie inhalers she used for 70 years. She didn't smoke ciggies, so...
