It's mainly an enzyme called P450 that it knocks out.
I just did a google and found this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_drugs_affected_by_grapefruit There's a partial list of drugs it affects on there. From the look of it, it may be a bit more complicated than just the single enzyme mentioned above. Paul
