Cayenne is very good at stopping the bleeding, I have tried it. Was a
bit concerned, about burning, but amazingly it did not burn the wound
at all.
I doubt it has any disinfecting properties?
So I guess if you mixed up a paste of Cayenne and c/s you would have
the best of both worlds, a clogging agent and a disinfectant.
