Get a three volt DC wall adapter or tape two batteries together to equal 3 volts. Silver wires (electrodes) two inches apart. Use distilled water and no additives. Let it run 24 hours. Would be very helpful if you get a cheap ppm meter from ebay for $17. Because your end result will be colorless and the ppm meter will prove to you that you got something. 3 volts is so low you can almost get by without bubbling or stirring. But try to stir it a few times or when ever you can remember in the 24 hour period
