If this is the one I think it is (on my kill list now - I can read it on this mail agent, but the text is *tiny*) it is someone using HTML or RTF formatting of some ilk for mail. Some mail agents won't read it. According to "proper netiquette" it shouldn't be used in public forms, unless you *know* everyone can handle it, but time changes things :-). Hint: if you want to reach everyone, stick with time proven standards :-). Hope this helps!
