I tried the DMSO and laser on my joint where the hand meets the wrist at the thumb (have some bony abnormalities there.) I held the laser a couple inches away. It was very bright and I was wondering if I should wear protective eye covering or not. It seemed to sting a little. Should I hold the laser right up against the skin? Having some kind of problem on that whole underside of the wrist, sensitive skin and pain inside on lateral side right where the hand joins the wrist. I've tried to make sure I'm not using the computer differently ...keeping hand and arm aligned, etc. I've used plain DMSO on it a couple times, but can't really tell if it helps.
