Hey you guys and gals, I'm so excited about this new discovery of an all nutritious tree. A friend persuaded a Chief in Zambia to donate land so he could build an ecovillage... and the chief said on one proviso.. that they plant 20,000 moringa trees.
Moringa’s fresh leaves have 7 times more vitamin C than oranges. Dry leaves have 25 times more iron than spinach; 4 times more protein than eggs; 10 times more vitamin A than carrots; 17 times more calcium than milk; and 15 times more potassium than bananas. It grows outdoors tropically and outdoors in summer and indoors in winter in a place like Georgia, where we are.. or in greenhouses.. it's one of the fastest growing trees. African countries are learning that this tree could save lives.. it is a kind of cure-all... So thought some of you would be interested in investigating more Moringa. You can buy the powder too for $22 or so a pound... and seedlings for $7.60 from Florida... might be another thing to put in the natural health cabinet.
