I've used Mountain Rose products and they are good. I have also used Coso Green Clay internally and been happy the clays from www.imaninatural.com Here is an information sheet they offer...
http://imaninatural.com/pdf/Pelotherapy101.pdf I have used clay therapeutically for years for all kinds of things both internal and external. I offer one word of caution, if you are going to take it internally start with a low dosage (think tip of a knife) and build up. Clay absorbs and swells and if you have any physical inclination toward constipation it could cause a blockage. I found taking the knife tip required 2 capsules of Triphala to avoid a problem. One thing I found when I went looking for the DE was the price spread for Food Grade DE is very wide and since it is heavy some s/h charges are actually more than the product. So you might want to look around. This is what the moderator from lymestragies wrote about this protocol Some info on the link below +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Get French Green Clay and Diatomaceous Earth (DE) powders. Put tsp of each in glass of water daily (before bed is good). these will absorb and detox toxins, chemicals, fungus, parasites, dead bacteria, heavy metals, and more with regular use. Will also clean and heal the digestive tract. http://www.mountain roseherbs. com/clay/ clay.html http://www.perma- guard.com/ Paul Steel h 508.520.6905 c 508.922.0519 The harder you work the luckier you get! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ From: "zzekel...@aol.com" <zzekel...@aol.com> To: silver-list@eskimo.com Sent: Sun, July 4, 2010 10:59:15 AM Subject: Re: CS>Interesting article -- (DE site} ( french green clay ???)
