Is that a fact? Jeez, shingles is a tad more serious than I thought. I know
the lad was not a pretty sight when he had it, and was in serious pain for a
while, but we got on top of it pretty quick by the sound of it {a fortnight
after diagnosis}. The thing that amazed me was out of all those 'blisters?'
that eventually appeared, only a handful {at most} actually broke, the majority
by far seemed to heal from the 'inside'.

I've had a mainstream quack mention that I was an idiot for administering
EIS/CS with no other medication {apart from 4 days or so of pain killers}
because he reckoned I could have done more harm than good, but if my treatment
is any indication, I'd like to see mainstream remedy it quicker and as
successfully as I did, and witness the developing symptoms, the eventual
outbreak, and what I consider a rapid recovery.

Thanks for that snippet of info.

Shingles and the after-effects can last for years - some people never get over
the nerve pain.

This may be a stupid question, but I'm gunna ask anyway, you know it's shingles
do you? and not psoriasis? Not knowing much about shingles, I didn't think a
person could have it that long?
