  Some, if not a most, of the symptoms of dry skin-scaly, patchy, wrinkly,
etc.- is due to a silica deficiency.  If you use Eidon brand liquid silica
supplement, you will quickly find out if that is part of your problem or
not.  That stuff quickly helped my own skin and gave my whole body a feeling
of much greater pliability.  Somehow, the word pliability seems to fit
better than flexibility.  I have no experience with any other brand.  pj
