My 80 year old mother came back from Alabama 3 weeks after the oil explosion this year with COPD so bad she couldn't hardly talk let alone walk very far. Bought her a nebulizer off Craigs List and gave her a bottle of CS. She started talking real clear after only two days of nebulizing and has been improving since...can't hardly get her to slow down.
