In addition to the excellent items already mentioned, I will suggest that you
include copious amounts of iodine taken internally and the liquid silica
supplement from www.eidon.com. Try to get Lugol's Solution of iodine since it
contains the two forms of iodine most needed by the body. Eidon has a very
excellent article about the need for silica. Info on iodine is all over the
