There are a variety of body work techniques that have been reported to be very helpful. Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) works very well for some folks. There are some supplements that seem to help with some of the physiological symptoms. EMDR works well for some folks. Thought field therapy also works well for some. Kinda depends on the person and the type of trauma(s).
