Also, there is a company called Stirwand that sells a stick that you stir your water glasses with and they have studies on their site that claim they prove it improves the ability of water to hydrate cells: http://www.stirwandsdirect.com/html/clinicaltrial.html What is interesting to me is that the product itself seems like a hoax, and that it is actually the act of stirring that is providing these results. Any thoughts? I also heard that cooling water, as well as sitting water in the sun as well as exposing water to frequencies (like the "love" frequency 528 hertz).
