Yes, thank you Harold, very interesting. Do you know where can I get the actual procedure to convert the supplement to liposomal state? I hera that you use a sonicator (jewrelry cleaner?) What weight ratios do you se and how long do you sonicate? Thanks again Frank

Nanotechnology, liposomalized vitamin C is absorbed at 93%, measurable in the blood stream. A 390% increase in absorption! Get IV results with oral dosage It is estimated the DIY researcher can produce the active LET portion of this solution for 15 cents per gram....as against about $1.00 per gram from commerci!al sources." xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx My only experience doing this protocol is Lipo C and Lipo L-Glutathione. I have to use logic re other supplements. Some are to be taken with food, some are ambiguous/either way,and some on empty stomach,or between meals. This tells me that some supps. have to be mixed with digestive enzymes/acids,etc to be effective. But,very little Vitamin C, gets past the stomach contents ,especially bile acids.By liposoming with Lecithin,it is transformed into nano sized spheres, which are then able to sneak past the Enzymes and liver bile acids, going straight to where it is needed. Assuming COQ10 is found in foods and if sufficient[?],it is then utilized through digestion and absorbed. If it is put into the liposomal form ,then it follows that it will be isolated and able to circumvent the normal digestion cycle;which makes me very doubtful that I would go that route. The least harm would be a waste of money. If this is going to be taken ,then a final absorbable calculation should be done re dosage to not exceed a recommended daily end requirement. For best results,I would take it on an empty stomach. Does this answer your questions? Harold
