I saw Ukranians pick horsetail and make a tea from it. They said  horsetail 
is loaded with silica.
 Last dental exam the dentist found 6 cavities. These are the first  
cavities found since I started using CS. I am approaching 80 years old and my  
dentist said he can help until 90 years old. After that age wins out.
