Deep breathing helps to push the stomach down. My DR found a crusty growth on the top of my ear. I tried to put Black Salve on it but the tape covering it only held on one side of my ear. I left it like that as my wifes family reunion was the next day. My wife saw the tape flapping and pulled it off. There was a hole like someone shot a BB at it. Whatever was there looks like it was gone. I used the salve bought from Quailwood.com who is on this list. I work outside so get a lot of sun on my tree farm. Brickey
