I had increase in the last 2 years but then I have been taking CS since 1977.
Only went down when I started to take iodine/potassium Iodide. But then my ferritin was over 1,000 and really needed to come down (went to 500 3 months on Iodoral between 10 and 50mg had to change my supplements though as I had lowering of zinc and caused muscle spasms even with the magnesium (chelated 200 to 300 mg) did not stop till I took the copper/zinc supplements.
