I would like to add that you might also smell like a garlic clove while
doing this.

An author named Catherine Elwood published a unique method of enhancing
colon health. It is unconventional and briefly unpleasant, but is cheap and
quick and effective. It is this---insert a peeled, oiled garlic bud into an
oiled anus. Retain it. If retention is impossible, then prepare and
insert another one right away. Whenever this bud is expelled, simply repeat
the procedure. This can be done many days in a row. Not rocket science
here so just do what seems best to you. Anyone contemplating doing this
need never speak of it to anyone. This will allow you to avoid becoming a
laughingstock. Or you can shout it to the heavens and lie and say you have
never done it, but have heard that it is very beneficial. Either way, you
may help someone else. And get that spine hardened up some. :) I don't
know if this gives any probiotics, but it apparently kills off some
conbiotics. (That may be a new word, but it's easy to get the meaning.)
General health will improve. A device called an Anal Heater is FDA
approved for hemorrhoids and has a 97 or 98% CURE rate for that use if I
recall correctly. Also, other problems distantly removed from the rectum
frequently improve or vanish along with the hemorrhoids. It has been some
time since I read anything about this so check me out. A reticence to
discuss matters concerning this area of the body is understandable. It is
indelicate, but so many will benefit from more forthrightness. Maybe.
Hope so. pj
