3 pills/drops/pillules under the tongue when you go to bed - you can take
another dose the next night if you want or you can take a few doses but several
people I have given this remedy to have not coughed again - even people
complaining of long tern "asthmatic" cough - quite remarkable - I only needed
one dose around 16 years ago & haven't been bothered with a cough since.
